We are not responsible for delays once the carrier has your order.
If items are broken/damadged you must provide photo evidence and we are happy to replace/refund your item.
You are responsilbe for tracking your order and collecting from it's destination. (Some orders are sent to your local collection point.)
Please do your research on how to eat the fruits and ask about our products if unsure.
No returns on perishable produce e.g. fruits, sea moss- only if they arrive perished or damadged. (please provide photo evidence!)
You must cover your own postage to return items.
We accept card payments! No cash.
